STANDARD/LAND TITTLE SURVEY

Land surveying allows you to understand the boundaries of your land. Surveys are carried out to find, describe, monument, and map the boundaries and corners of the property. It may also include the parcel's terrain, building location, and other improvements made to the parcel.

CONSTRUCTION SURVEYS

A construction survey is a comprehensive process that involves various surveying techniques and technologies to determine the positions, dimensions, and features of the land where a construction project will take place.

ALTA/NSPS LAND TITLE SURVEY

ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys provide a thorough and accurate boundary survey and drawing (plat) of the property in question. An ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey can provide you with zoning information, topography, easements, exceptions to title commitment, property boundaries, public access, and utilities points, and more.

TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY

A topographic survey locates all surface features of a property and depicts all natural features and elevations. In essence it is a 3-dimensional map of a 3-dimensional property showing all natural and man-made features and improvements. Specifically, it shows their location, size, height and any changes in elevation.

FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATE

An Elevation Certificate documents important features of your property, including its location, flood zone, building characteristics and, most importantly, the elevation of its lowest floor. An Elevation Certification is needed to know your building’s elevation compared to the estimated height floodwaters will reach in a major flood helps provide a true picture of the status of compliance with floodplain ordinances so as to determine your flood risk and the cost of your flood insurance premium.

Metes and Bounds landmarks are often used in a “legal description” of a land. A Legal description is the geographical description of a land that identifies its precise location and is kept with the deed of the land. A metes and bounds legal description starts from a point of beginning, then traces the outline of the property’s boundary lines until there is closure in the legal description.
